If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy below to understand how to process returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • The items are not marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Return Process

Step 2: After approval, we will provide a return shipping address.
Step 3: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well protected for transit.
Step 4: Ship the returned items back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong or defective item).

We recommend using a service with tracking and insurance, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note the following:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
  • If your return is approved, the refund will include the cost of the returned item(s), minus the original shipping charges.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

  • Final sale items
  • Perishable items, such as plants that have been planted or otherwise used

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds
