1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (available for certain areas and orders placed before 12 PM local time)
Note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the products. We will provide an estimated delivery time at checkout, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size of your order, and your delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $100 within the continental United States.
- Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee for orders under $100, calculated at checkout.
- Expedited and Next-Day Shipping: Additional charges will apply based on the chosen shipping method.
Please note: Any additional charges such as customs fees, import duties, or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently offer shipping to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as select international locations. For international shipping, please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain plants, depending on regulations in your area.
If we are unable to ship your order due to location or product restrictions, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
5. Shipping Damages
While we take every precaution to ensure your items are carefully packed, sometimes damage can occur during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.

- We will assist you in processing a return, refund, or replacement for the damaged item(s).
6. Missing or Lost Shipments

7. International Shipping
For international customers, shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location.
